How do you find motivation to workout when you just don't feel like getting off your butt? Well I have a list on things that could help you get motivated!
1. Find a fitness buddy!
if you have a friend that always complains about how she wants to workout but is too lazy to do so, ask her to be your fitness buddy! that way both of you can get motivated to work out!
2. Read Sucess Stories
There are some really great sucess stories out there from girls just like you!
3. Follow Fitspo people on tumblr!
4. Get a Gym Membership.
When you pay for something you have to use it right? Well then go use that gym membership!
5. Reward yourself.
Make a workout jar, everytime you workout put money in it. Once you reach a big goal buy yourself something!
6. Have FUN workouts.
Dance, play sports, go to the park to walk with a friend/boyfriend lol, if you see working out as something fun you will do it more!
7. Take a "before" picture and make a poster board with motivational images and hang it somewhere you know you will always look. This will remind yourself what you want, and if you work for it you will get there.
8. Have a log journal
Log in everytime you work out what you did, and what your next goal is and you can also write what you ate.
9. Make your own fitspo/thinspo/ weigh loss blog.
This will help so much!
10. Start loving yourself more.
Even though you want to change it doesn't mean you hate your body. It just means you love it enough to eat healthy and workout.
